Return and Refund Policy

At Juneyes, we want you to be happy with your new sunglasses. Not completely satisfied? No problem, you can return your order.

Return Conditions

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Always include the completed return form with your return shipment. You can download it via our returns page.

How to Return Your Order

Returns can be arranged easily through our returns page on our website. Follow the steps to register your return.

Return shipping costs are not automatically deducted from your refund. After registering your return, you will receive an email with a payment link. Once the payment is completed, you can download your return label. This email also contains the return instructions.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer:
Within the Netherlands: €5.15
Outside the Netherlands: approximately €9, depending on the weight and destination country. Exact costs will be shown during the return process on our returns page.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive your refund within 5 business days, using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Please note: the original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).
