Within the Netherlands: Orders within the Netherlands are typically delivered within 2 business days.

International Orders: Orders outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Order Processing

Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and total weight of the order. Free shipping options may be available for orders above a certain amount (this will be clearly stated during checkout).
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery.
Responsibility and Risk Transfer
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk is transferred to the customer. Juneyes is not liable for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider. However, we will always do our best to support you in case of delivery issues.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. Juneyes is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details submitted by the customer.
Unclaimed Shipments
If a package is not collected from a pickup point or is refused upon delivery and subsequently returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs (both outgoing and return) from any potential refund.
